The K:Forum is a biennial event in Mexico City that brings together 300 leaders from over 30 companies. In industries ranging from finance to irrigation, a unifying theme was needed to facilitate connections across the organization through content that all attendees could relate to and take actionable value from.
Interviews showed that every leader shared concerns about balancing a company's day-to-day demands with the long-term strategy and needs of a future-fit business. This was felt by all leaders, regardless of industry, and became the unifying concept—inspiring exhibitions, speakers, and breakout sessions.
The original installation that was created, photographed to form the visual backdrop of the event, and the transported to the conference.
Artist Gabriel Dawe created the artwork for the event in his studio. The sculpture was then shot in macro.
Designed to be adaptable, the identity stretched and twisted across event materials.
A physical custom type system was created to represent the different exhibits.
A second exhibit focused on possible futures, taking present signals and trends into three likely futures to expand the way leaders thought about their future.
